How much does delivery cost at Curaprox?

For orders under CHF 40.– we charge a flat CHF 9.– for shipping and handling. Free shipping for all orders of CHF 40.– and more. Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 1–3 business days.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can choose from the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and TWINT.

When will my order be shipped?

You can check your order status at any time in your customer account. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email. We usually ship the same business day, provided your order is received by 11:00 am, has already been paid (or placed via invoice) and all items are in stock.

How do I redeem a voucher?

At checkout you'll find the "Discount code" field. Enter your code and confirm with "Apply": the discount is deducted from your order total immediately. In some cases the field is also available in the cart; by default one code can be redeemed per order.
